Want to know how to disable fps limitations for a "turbo" mode

I am trying to speed up the emulator but cannot figure out how.

I use Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 and I have the following clicked:

Show FPS Display on Startup
Use FPS Limit
Use Frame Skipping
FPS Limit (set to t200)

I have the "Turn off FPS limit while pressed" button set to space.

I start a game, press space, and there is no frame difference. I always get a constant 60 frames per second.
