Been a while since I've tried to do this, but I am trying to set up epsxe 190 with a pec to enable cheats. Everything's downloaded, game plays fine, etc. The issue is not being able to select the pec plugin for my video, it's not an option. Having read up on this, I've made sure the pec.dll file is there, so it's not that. Another posted idea was having too many plugins, and I had six video plug in - not sure why. After trying this a few times, I deleted two I don't use and the epsxe...
