Organize my games to see 1 file per game, possible?

Hi, i have a question about how should i organize my games and folders.

When i launch epsxe, go into: File, Run ISO. Then, my folder where all my games are stored open in a window, and i can choose which game i wanna play. The problem is that some games have multiples files, and since i have many games, it appear messy.

For instance:
Legend of Dragoon CD1.img
Legend of Dragoon CD1.ccd
Legend of Dragoon CD1.sub
Legend of Dragoon CD2.img
Legend of Dragoon CD2.ccd
Legend of Dragoon CD2.sub...

Organize my games to see 1 file per game, possible?
