Moving saves from one computer to another

Hey all, was hoping to get some help.

I don't know if I'm just missing something really obvious, but here is my problem:
I've been playing some games using epsxe on my laptop while I was out of town. Now that I am back home I would like to move the saves from those games to my desktop. The problem is that when I copy the epsxe folder, including memcards and savestates, onto my desktop, the save data doesn't show up once it gets to my desktop.
