[Win10] ePSXe 2.0 Autoload Cheats?

Hello,

As the title suggests, is there a way to auto-load the Cheats in ePSXe? I like to use Steam to auto-launch my games individually. I remember the old -cht system was for fixes that's no longer suggested. Any help is greatly appreciated.
