ePSXe 2.0 Not Allowing Me to Map Analog Controls

I've been using ePSXe for a long time, and have never had any issues setting up controllers. Using a USB adapter called the "3-in-1 PC Joybox", I just plugged in my PlayStation 2 controller, entered the controls, and went about my merry way. But recently I tried setting up the new ePSXe on my friend's computer for him. I simply copied the entire emulation folder to his computer.
