I've been playing around with different settings but I cant seem to fix this. I'm using a 1080p 60Hz display and I would like to play my PSX games in a 4:3 Aspect ratio but in full screen (with black borders on left and right sides). For some reason both when I was on Windows 8.1 and now Windows 10, the image (game) appears to be pushed to the right, cutting it off (screenshot below for reference).
