ePSXe 2.0.5 screen tearing

I've literally tried everything and I can't fix this horrible screen tear. I've forced V-sync and triple buffering in my NVidia control panel, limiting my frame rate to 60, updating my graphics card drivers, nothing is working. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help?
