I was using some cheats on epsxe ( with PEC) . One of the cheats increase + 5 mp of the character. However, I just want to press the button one time but it seems that triggers the event multiple times, like a "turbo" mode. anyone knows if a driver/ tool / plugin that can control the sensitivity of the gamepad?
