No matter what I do in the video settings, Rockman Complete Works looks terrible. There are all kinds of graphical glitches aside from Mega Man's sprite being messed up.

Here for example, the background is supposed to change from blue to night when it scrolls, but I get this glitch. Minimizing and re-opening...
