Some Games Don't Access Controller

I've got two games right now that absolutely refuse to recognize the controller! They are:

"Rayman (USA)"
"R-Types (E)"

I also had an issue with "Twisted Metal (USA)" but I was able to get it working by ALT+Tab'ing and Mouse Clicking

If I have more issues of the sort with other games I'll post them here!
