ePSXe Runs Incorrectly

Every ISO/BIN I run on ePSXe runs at 1.5-2x the speed, even though I clearly have FPS Limiter checked and set at 60. I have even set it to run in admin. Ver. 2.0.5.

I've gone over every possible thread I can find on here and other forums.

Any help to resolve this would be deeply appreciated.
