Help needed with config settings

Been awhile since i posted in here and also since i used ePSXe. Not gonna write a novel like i used to, just gonna get to the point. Ok so... well and truly not a PC expert (i know a little bit but that's it - a little) I'll post my specs and i have version 2.0.5, so can one of you wonderful lovely nerds please just help me with the following in regards to the setup...


Video... it's letting me chose between ePSXe GPU core 2.0.0. and Pete's OpenGL2 GPU core 2.0.0.

No idea what those even are,...
